[ Rika knows the end of summer pattern by now. Fairly soon, for sure, they'll all be locked up in awkward situations with members of the opposite sex. And the phonecall that went out recently seems to be hinting at that future. She knows that attending the competition mentioned in the phonecall is probably silly because it likely won't even "happen".

But there was a keyword in that call that Rika couldn't ignore. Competition. Even if she knows it probably won't happen, she can't help but get a bit excited. ]

I had recieved a phonecall the other day and have been considering it! It had said that there was to a "Bowl o Rama" and competition on Friday. Though I am sure it is a drone-organized event, I was hoping to attend and show Mayfield how bowling and competitions are really done! Even if the competition should turn out to be a bad omen, I would like to at least try to show that the town is not going to keep me from enjoying myself occasionally.

Would anyone be interested in accompanying me? The more people that come, the more fun it shall be!

[ With this idea in place, Rika went off to find Rena and invite her to come. But it quickly became apparent to her that Rena was droned as well. So were Kay and Winry.

So Rika went to the park to let herself clear her head. She can be found there in the evening, swinging her legs over a bench and quietly sulking. She'll probably be back to normal by the time someone arrives. ]
